I am a sports scientist and therapist with a PhD in Sports Science and over 10 years of experience helping people recover from injuries and improve their performance. Having worked in Malaysia and Germany, I have had the privilege of training world champions and professional athletes, applying cutting-edge rehabilitation techniques to optimize movement and prevent injuries.My journey in sports began as a professional basketball player, but a severe back injury left me in a wheelchair for six months. Through determination and science-based rehabilitation, I regained my mobility—an experience that shaped my passion for helping others overcome physical challenges. Today, I use my expertise to guide clients toward a pain-free, stronger, and healthier life.
